We fell in love with the Sphynx personality and asked a breeder for a kitten but the right kitten never came and we decided to import.

Suzette van den Berg of Vande Balds sold us a stud Vande Balds Fidel.

He won the WODAC 2002 show as a Kitten.

Later on we were looking for cats locally and only Suzette helped us once more.

We got 2 females half sisters from Pensylvania USA. Lynn Taylor and Judy Frank promissed us these 2 kittens for free if we pay their airfare to South Africa to deliver the babies and give them a holiday here.

They brought the babies over in January 2003 and were happy with our conditions and to leave the babies here.

Later also we imported  one from England Shared Bare With Me.

Fidel won World of Dogs and Cats in 2002

Meer won Cat of the Year 2005

Their child Taldi Soso Smoothy of Vande Balds won Cat of the Year 2007
